Hackathon Portal is the official hackathon management platform of the Codeword Society, built to connect students, developers, mentors, judges and companies through technology competitions. The platform is designed to host multiple hackathons at the same time, each with its own timeline, problem statements, teams and sponsors, so that organisers can keep growing the number of events running on the same portal without any limit. Our platform helps innovators build real-world solutions, collaborate with talented peers and get discovered by top companies.

Our mission is to build a global innovation ecosystem where developers can collaborate, create impactful solutions and solve real-world challenges through hackathons.
We aim to bridge the gap between learning and industry by connecting students with companies seeking talented developers.
As part of the larger Codeword student community, this portal is built to scale — new hackathons can be added by organisers at any time, each running independently with its own registrations, teams, problem statements, mentors, judges and sponsors, while still being part of one unified student ecosystem.
Participate in exciting coding competitions and innovation challenges.
Connect with talented developers, mentors and innovators worldwide.
Companies discover talented developers through hackathon events.
Build creative solutions for real world problems and challenges.
The portal can host any number of hackathons at once, each with its own schedule, rules and problem statements added by organisers.
Students can create a new team, invite teammates, or join an existing team, all managed from one dashboard.
Companies and organisations can register as sponsors for a hackathon and support the event.
A shared meeting space where registered sponsors can directly connect and interact with participating students.
Hackathon Portal is built around four kinds of members, each with a role suited to running and taking part in a hackathon end to end.
Students register on the platform and can then register for any hackathon that is open. After registering for a hackathon, a student can create a new team or join an existing team, and finally select a problem statement to work on.
Judges register to evaluate submitted projects, score teams against the hackathon criteria and help decide the winners.
Companies register as sponsors to back a hackathon and get access to the sponsor–student meet space to connect directly with participants.
